This is a promotional magazine I’ve just completed for Carpet Bombing Culture. They’re an independent publisher from the UK, and they’re also the guys who are publishing my book, Quoteskine Volume 1.
The mag is designed to promote their books to new audiences and uses a snippet from each book as a kind of article. Obviously me being me I wanted to fill this magazine with loads of hand drawn type, but the deadline was really, really tight. So it was a case of just getting it done. I’m still pretty happy with how it turned out. And I’m sure there will be many more projects where there’s more time for me to draw letters.
